Our chef “David“ is a person whose main motivation is to give the best of himself. His best reward, the satisfaction of his diners. We could define his way of cooking as market’s “Surf and turf” with Asian hint and open to other cultures.
With his team, he is in charge of all our production, mise en bouche, starters, meats, fishes and traditional dishes, modern creations, homemade desserts with a special mention to our ice cream.
