Our chef ``David`` is a person whose main motivation is to give the best of himself. His best reward, the satisfaction of his diners. We could define his way of cooking as market’s “Surf and turf” with Asian hint and open to other cultures. With his team, he is in charge of all our production, mise en bouche, starters, meats, fishes and traditional dishes, modern creations, homemade desserts with a special mention to our ice cream.

We closely follow the four seasons, very marked in our high mountain country, each change is accompanied by a new menu based on seasonal products, creativity and know-how, to make you discover new flavors or or forgotten tastes.
Every year we participate in this gastronomic festival of Andorra. It’s the perfect time to show your imagination and daring to surprise your taste buds.
Every year, at the end of the year and at the beginning of the year mainly, when it weighs on us to cook at home but the desire to celebrate is present, we develop the traditional menus for these special days, so that you can enjoy of these unique moments with yours.

Our breakfast consists of a very complete buffet, fresh orange juice, local artisan sausages, “paged” bread, natural fruits, pastries and brioxería, omelettes and eggs from different manners and, if necessary, a small particuliar menu for the breakfast.
Every summer in good weather, on weekends we organize barbecues in our gardens in an original way to bring the family together and have a good time. Sometimes there is live music and other entertainment.
On request, or spontaneously, we sometimes prepare paellas or mountain rice, and serve them, too, in our gardens.
