To make the online reservation, each customer voluntarily and under their responsibility provides their personal data (name, surname, address, telephone, billing data, and payment method), which must be truthful and accurate.

Cancellation and return policy


Reservations made through this page will be guaranteed by the credit card provided by the User in the form (only MASTERCARD and VISA cards are accepted). The credit card data will be validated by the REDSYS – TPV Virtual gateway. Failure to show up for check-in or cancellation after the deadline duly announced in the reservation conditions implies an automatic charge to the credit card of the amount corresponding to one night, as well as the cancellation of the reservation; with the exception of cases in which the client has contracted a “Non-refundable Offer”, in which case failure to show up for check-in or cancellation after the deadline means the total loss of the amount of the stay. In the event of a charge on the card and subsequent cancellation by the User within the reservation cancellation policy, the total amount charged will be returned to the User.




In the event of a claim between the two parties, it will be dealt with in the courts of the Principality of Andorra.
